preparing for Christmas Eve
Wife and son decorating the tree...late start compared to most...only 5 days til 
Christmas. I am busy on the computer...snifter of Irish Mist close at hand...building videos to be projected on Christmas Eve...service based on the Stations of Christmas. Music styles ranging from traditional pipe organ to contemporary praise to chanting of the Magnificat.
Unlike most of my friends, Advent doesn't put me in the holiday spirit...spend too much time thinking about John the Baptist's message. Christmas Eve...late service...communion...that's when I'll transition to the Christmas mindset.
